- Due to their light weight, single Coroflute Aluminium doors can be installed without counter balance springs, representing significant cost savings.
- Coroflute Aluminium door panels are manufactured from 0.8mm top quality aluminium coil.
- The panels are available in two options:
- Surface embossed in a Stucco finish and pre-coated with a UV stabilised polyurethane paint.
- A smooth natural aluminium finish suitable for natural anodising or powder coating in a variety of standard or special colours.
- The material is roll-formed into horizontally fluted 225mm wide modules, riveted together to form a sturdy 450mm high panel. This results in an aesthetically attractive, corrosion resistant, light weight, low maintenance garage door.
- Hinges and fittings are specially powder coated for additional corrosion protection and aesthetic appeal.
